Ten Sites We Like For Freebies!

August 12, 2017

There's a lot of useful free stuff out there! Here are ten of the sites we like best for scoring free stuff such as food, household product samples, software, magazines, games, internet services, and "freecycled" stuff.
  1. The Freecycle Network. The Freecycle Network allows members to give and receive free stuff rather than seeing it go to waste in landfills.
  2. TheFreeSite.com. This site has been around from the beginning of the Web and has one of the longer and more trustworthy lists of well-categorized free stuff, samples and services.
  3. Craigslist. Craigslist requires caution because you're picking up freebies from strangers, but it's also a great "freecycling" site to get used items.
  4. FreeStuff.com. Freestuff.com is one of the more comprehensive sites, with descriptions that are more detailed and accurate than on most sites.
  5. Freebie Depot. This is one of the web's most up-to-date freebie & frugal sites, with a large selection of Birthday Freebies, freebate (free after rebate) offer, free samples, magazines, books and daily deals.
  6. ReUseIt Network. This is a listing of many freecycling groups including resources in most local areas.
  7. Freaky Freddie's. This site has lots of free stuff, with a special focus on kids. There are over 72 Categories of free product samples and free stuff!
  8. Freebies4Mom. Most free samples are for the benefit of moms here, but others can benefit too.
  9. Just Free Stuff. A very well organized and extensive site, with free stuff ranging from food samples to games, books, and more.
  10. FreeSamples.org. FreeSamples.org lists free product offers for household products, local restaurants and so forth.
All nice escapes into freeness.  The best things in life are free -- 99% of which are either inside us already, or right in front of our noses.
